Mentor Manager. based in Bristol

Salary: £18231.97 per annum

TCV Employment and Training Services is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

The role will involve recruiting and managing a group of volunteer mentors across Banes & South Gloucestershire. Volunteer mentors will be provided with individual unemployed customers who require the guidance of a mentor; hence we will be looking for someone with experience within this field and someone who is highly organised. You will be responsible for providing management with statistical data on performance across the areas. Experience of managing volunteers/mentors and working with unenmploy peopler essential as well as a knowledge of Safeguarding

37.5 hours per week

A full clean or near clean driving licence is essential.
