Membership Recruitment Team Co-ordinator

Based at the central office in London SE1 and in venues across London - week day and weekend work required

London Wildlife Trust manages over forty nature reserve sites across the capital that are exemplars of urban conservation land management and which engage the local communities that use the sites. The Trust delivers projects focusing on protecting priority habitats and species in London and works to influence policy makers. The Trust engages London’s diverse communities through access to our nature reserves, volunteering programmes and education and outreach work.

This new role will co-ordinate, motivate and train the in-house membership recruitment team to build Trust awareness at Trust Reserves, events and at other venues throughout London through the promotion of Trust membership to the public.

We are looking for an organised and outgoing person with experience of fundraising / sales who can lead a team to achieve set measurable targets.

An enhanced CRB check is not required for this role.
