The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales is a charity delivering conservation and protecting wildlife in the following areas and we are interested to hear from applicants based in any of these:

  • Cardiff

  • Caerphilly

  • RCT

  • Bridgend

  • NPT

  • Swansea

  • Carmarthen

  • Pembrokeshire

  • Ceredigion

  • The Vale of Glamorgan

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people with an interest in Wildlife Conservation to join our team of Membership Recruiters.

As a Membership Recruiter you will be visiting people at their homes and delivering information about the Wildlife Trust to interested residents. You will revisit these people a few days later to answer any questions they might have and to help them join the Trust as members.

Interested in becoming a Membership Recruiter?

  • You will enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, but will also be happy to work on an individual basis.
  • Ideally you will have experience of face-to-face sales, customer service, promotions, or fundraising, though training will be provided.
  • You will be self-motivated, with good time management skills, and you will be able to work between 12-15 hours per week, including some weekends and
  • (Working hours are flexible, days are agreed on an individual basis).
  • Access to a car is beneficial although public transport is an option we will consider.

The working hours and days are flexible, and can be adapted around other studies, work or hobbies.
