The RHS is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its busy Membership Marketing team. Membership is the charity’s number one driving goal and the role of Marketing Assistant is pivotal in helping the recruitment team achieve target.

Your key objective will be to support the team with the development and implementation of a diverse range of on and offline marketing campaigns to acquire new members, whilst ensuring the smooth running of
departmental systems and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Membership Marketing Manager for Acquisition with the planning and execution of campaigns to recruit new members.
• Planning, implementing and reporting on a range of online marketing campaigns
• Briefing the annual gift of membership campaign alongside the Marketing Manager – liaising with creative agencies, fulfilment house and RHS media concerning the production of the campaign
• Planning and executing direct marketing campaigns in order to attract new members

In order to be successful in this role it is anticipated you will be able to demonstrate:
• Educated to degree level
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator
