Description

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: £33,500 to £35,0000

Compassion in World Farming is the recognised leading charity for farm animal welfare, with a highly successful record of campaigning, lobbying and educating in the UK, the EU and internationally.

We are looking to appoint a talented, creative and results driven Media Manager to develop and implement visionary communications strategies in the UK and beyond through all forms of media.

You will join an award-winning and dedicated PR team, committed to driving change through media engagement. As the organisation pursues its programme of expansion into Europe, the USA and beyond, you will help increase its media reach while targeting key stakeholder groups.

Reporting to the Head of Media, you will drive forward Compassion’s objectives and dramatically raise our profile to consumers, policy makers and the food and farming industries in order to achieve our mission - to end factory farming.

You will have worked in a busy press department before and your background will include significant agency or in-house PR experience, ideally with time spent in an NGO environment.

If you are looking for the next challenge in your career and have the talent, gravitas and passion to help us achieve our ambitious plans, we would love to hear from you.
