As the Manager Mechanical Engineering you will be in charge of the technical support and evaluation of compliance of Nordex’ products with US requirements, the preparation of specifications and documentation, fault tracking and analysis of mechanical components as directed by the VP of Engineering. The incumbent is expected to propose and implement appropriate technical solutions as they relate to mechanical engineering issues. The includes technical matters in respect to wind turbine technology, towers, bearing and gear boxes as well as ancillary equipment. In addition the position will support the Development, Procurement, Project Management and Sales departments on mechanical engineering issues as needed.
