We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates who are experts in PV training, installation and design.  This full-time position will consist of in-class and hands on training for both entry-level and advanced solar courses taught throughout the country.  When you aren’t training you will be an integral part of our business development – creating slide decks, manuals and videos to build out our solar course offerings. 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience in PV Installation and Design
  • NABCEP Certified PV Installer
  • Curriculum Development
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Organized and adept at time management
  • Outgoing, friendly team player
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects
  • Public Speaking Skills and past training/teaching
  • Passion for training and educating
  • Able to relate and engage individuals from various backgrounds
  • Willing to travel (25%-50%) 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • ISPQ Certified Master Affiliate Trainer
  • NABCEP Certified PV Technical Sales
  • Sales/Marketing background
