Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist, Web & Collateral, Level 1, designs, produces and distributes print collateral, web-based collateral, advertising and other marketing materials. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for website build out and maintenance of CMS based site. Other responsibilities include coordinating participation in occasional trade events, as well as shared booth duty and set up/clean-up. The specialist works closely with the Marketing team and the senior management of and acts as liaison between internal staff, trade publications, outside vendors and customers. The specialist will be involved in a wide variety of marketing and promotional activities, publication coordination, public relations and project management. The Marketing Specialist Level 1 reports to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director and supports the Marketing Specialist level 2. |
