Job Description

Reznick Group’s Renewable Energy Practice and National Marketing Team are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist. Candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts for multiple, simultaneous projects. This position will work very closely with the Renewable Energy practice leaders to ensure and drive implementation of marketing tactics and programs.  Candidate will be part of the National Marketing Team but will report to and interact daily to the Renewable Energy practice.

Specifically, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of Renewable Energy Practice marketing initiatives and activities according to Practice marketing/business plan and within budget parameters. They include, but are not limited to: internal communication, events/seminars, tracking reports, ROI analysis and contact database management
  • Project management of all Renewable Energy national events and sponsorships, such as   conferences, tradeshows, seminars, speaking engagements and webcasts.  Creation of timelines and communication plans
  • Researching, writing and editing materials for proposals, qualification statements and presentations
  • Analyzing the RFP requirements and working with practice leaders to determine initial outline, proposal schedule and team assignments
  • Manage internal budget and approval processes for all Renewable Energy marketing activities
  • Event marketing, including target list development.  Maintaining contact database and networking lists in firm’s CRM system
  • Working closely with National Communication and Event teams to ensure all Renewable Energy marketing activities are created and promoted properly
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills

Essential Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in/or knowledge of Renewable Energy industry
  • Three + years of experience in working with a professional firm desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in writing and editing copy
  • Strong attention to detail focus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
  • Determination to consistently meet and exceed expectations
  • Interpersonal skills for communicating with our all clients and staff
  • Ability to function as a member of a large national team to accomplish work group objectives
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.  Sharepoint experience a plus
  • Knowledge in utilizing HTML and Cvent a plus
  • Ability to travel, as required
