We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to responsible for project management, business process definition, business intelligence and technology consultation around constituent data and systems. The Marketing Operations Manager will primarily work with the Kids Publications staff, data and systems to optimize the strategic use of data for increased net revenue and efficient operations; he or she will be tasked with project managing the development of the campaign process flow for Kids Publications marketing. 

The Marketing Operations Manager will coordinate staff and vendors to define business processes, document them and assist in setting them up. This includes processes around segmentation, merge/purge, data cleansing, reporting, analysis and reconciliation. Once these processes are in place, the Marketing Operations Manager can advise on incremental improvements or lead business process definition exercises for larger changes. This role will also take a lead role in understanding the data within the Kids Publication database, other NWF constituent databases and externally available data. They will use business intelligence and analysis tools to identify and recommend opportunities to test to increase net revenue. In order to be effective in the responsibilities listed above the person in the role must be well versed with available technologies that facilitate constituent data tracking and business intelligence. They must be aware of new technologies available within NWF, from the vendor, or externally and decide how and when these could be used to improve business process and constituent engagement.
