Marketing Officer

Salary – £24-30k + benefits (depending on experience)

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the bank's promotion and business development, including research, advertising, promotions, direct marketing, materials, and relationship management.

This permanent role will be working as part of the Marketing team, which is responsible for promoting all activities of the bank to a wide audience of customers and shareholders.

Your primary focus areas will be to:

• Planning, implementation and administration of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and develop systems to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure continued improvement and efficiency of promotional budget.
• Manage budgets within campaigns and marketing activity.
• Project manage production of marketing materials 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 4 years marketing experience
• A CIM qualification
• A proven record of delivering campaigns, promotions, and materials successfully and on schedule.
• The ability to present information clearly and with confidence
• Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written and strong numeric ability.
• Be able to deal positively with pressure and be well organised
