Description: groSolar has a core focus of providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for utility scale power generation. groSolar's team includes an exemplary group of procurement, engineering, construction and project management experts as well as business and financial strategists with extensive solar PV experience. The accumulation of these diverse experts into a cohesive team enables us to deliver the most economic solar photovoltaic systems.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing programs to support the commercial activities of groSolar. These programs will result in an ongoing calendar of activities and events designed to provide lead generation, brand identity and awareness, market intelligence, and facilitate communications between internal and external parties. This position works closely with senior management and all members of the business development team and provides expert advice and guidance on market strategy and prioritization.
Duties: • Perform market research and develop actionable campaigns to support the business and sales goals of the organization.
• Develop and implement a calendar of highly effective lead generation activities.
• Create and update collateral materials, presentations, Web content, and other promotional materials and sales tools.
• Organize and manage events including tradeshows, conferences, and other company-sponsored activities.
• Manage relationships with industry and vendor contacts, local and national media, trade groups, and customer media and public relations contacts.
• Actively obtain customer testimonials, endorsements, and case studies for inclusion in company promotional materials including online and print media.
• Develop and manage the Marketing budget.
Qualifications: • 5 years marketing experience with a sales oriented company or marketing agency, start up experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop marketing programs that meet or exceed goals.
• Strong B2B experience with a focus on developing and managing lead generation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Highly analytic with the ability to synthesize large quantities of market data into actionable and effective programs.
• Self starter who thrives in a high growth, performance-focused environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
