Description

Marketing Executive,

  • Salary: £32,582 – 35,952 (pro rata if part time) per annum
  • 3 days/week or equivalent over 4 or 5 days

The Company

Parity Projects has been at the forefront of energy efficiency advice for over 15 years and continues to innovate in response to the urgency of the climate crisis and homeowner uncertainty of who to trust.

Our mission is to provide every home with a retrofit plan they can trust and that meets their needs. We’ve advised over 2 million homeowners to date, mainly landlords, and want to go further, faster.

We’re looking for new team members to support this aim, working with the current team to extend our advice services to owner-occupiers. We have a proven track record of advice provision and quality assurance, and have the technology and partners to innovate at pace.

This role is a temporary position with the potential for extension, and is part-time, with flexibility on how the hours are delivered across the working week. We know this suits some people who have the experience we need, but have other pressures on their time.

There is the option of working from a London office, but most employees choose to work remotely from their home with the option of occasional use of co-working spaces. This arrangement works well for us and our staff have regular meet-ups online and in-person. The preferred working location and times can be discussed at point of interview.

In addition to the salaries listed, we offer:

  • Auto enrolment pension (after 2 months), with option to increase contributions with a salary sacrifice
  • Flexible working hours
  • Option to work fully remote
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata) which can be taken at any point thoughout the year
  • Training opportunities
  • Quarterly away days including training and team-building activities
  • 24/7 access to an Employee Assistance Programme to support your wellbeing

The Team

Across our team you will find people passionate about decarbonisation and acting on the climate crisis, as well as community action, the natural environment and climate justice. They bring a range of experience and it is likely you will too.

We have listed the skills and experience required by the role below. If you feel you meet the criteria we would love to hear from you. Please explain the value you would bring in your application.

The Role

We need your help to connect with homeowners and communicate the benefits and desirability of good quality energy efficiency renovation. We know that people want energy efficiency for different reasons, and trust different channels and networks. We want to hear from you if you have experience of working with different online channels, and a creative approach to content generation that connects with consumers. You’ll be working for a start-up service, with the benefit of well-established partners – some of whom are household names.
