Marketing Executive - Legacy Products

The RSPCA is the country's leading animal welfare charity, based close to the market town of Horsham, West Sussex, within easy reach of London and the main South Coast towns.

This pivotal role in the RSPCA's Fundraising Department helps implement our legacy marketing and communications strategy, through the use of new supporter products and relationships.

Responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of our new Reverse Home for Life scheme, you will work closely with a leading direct marketing agency, several campaign fulfilment bureaux and internal Society departments. The postholder will also be responsible for maximising income through In Memoriam giving, and developing new initiatives to support both these propositions. Some travel is required in this role including the occasional overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will:

• have an agency or client marketing background, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
• have experience of managing third supplier relationships
• possess proven project management skills
• have experience of monitoring/managing budget spend
• be experienced in manipulating statistical data
• have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases
• have good communication skills both written and verbal and a keen eye for detail.
