Marketing Coordinator

Great opportunity to join the world's largest environmental campaigning organisation and develop your Fundraising and Marketing skills.

Greenpeace is a not-for-profit campaigning organisation working to stop environmental abuse, and to promote green solutions. As we don’t solicit money from government or corporations, we rely solely on individual supporters to fund our work.  Our supporters are essential to us.

As part of our donor engagement strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator.  This is a pivotal role, central to our liaison with donors and supporters, and will contribute to the successful management of all supporter activity.

The Marketing Coordinator will liaise with internal stakeholders and manage external suppliers to ensure that all communications with supporters are delivered on time and within budget.

This position requires an understanding of fundraising and marketing, excellent written and spoken communication skills, a high level of computer literacy including PowerPoint and Excel as well as experience using a Database (preferably Raiser's Edge).  You should also have strong administration skills, be flexible, adaptable and willing to learn and work as part of a team and have a strong commitment to Greenpeace’s values and mission.

As well as the opportunity to make a difference on crucial issues, Greenpeace offers employees a supportive work environment and a real commitment to life/work balance.  We also encourage staff to develop new skills, take on challenges and get involved in the wider organisation.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) permanent position based in Sydney.  Applications close 15 June 2014 and must address the selection criteria in the job description.
