The Student Conservation Association (SCA), America’s #1 conservation service organization seeks a Marketing Coordinator in the Charlestown, NH Office. This role is responsible for the coordination of recruitment related reporting for the Marketing Department with regards to placement of interns in corporate funded SCA programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, establish and coordinate recruitment related reporting tools/standards, in concert with Recruiting Director, to track recruiting outcomes both internally and externally
- Coordinate placement of corporate funded field member positions, while communicated with candidates and partners
- Interview and screen candidates for consideration; reporting progress to internal and external constituents.
- Engage candidates, potential candidates, faculty, administrators and alumni about SCA opportunities and events through email, web postings and social media outlets
- Perform Market Analysis on emerging and potential markets in the area of Conservation through mapping/proximity techniques to connect young adults and universities with potential partners
- Serve as a trainer to Marketing and other SCA staff on SCA’s database systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or related education coursework, beyond high school, in one or more of the following areas of: marketing, sales, recruitment/admissions, communications, training, nonprofit or education
- Excellent customer service skills both oral and written
- Demonstrated experience and competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Self-motivated with good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of populations
- Attention to detail and outstanding time-management skills a must
- Prove public speaking and/or training experience needed
- Valid driver’s license and MVR that meets SCA standard required
- Willing to travel approximately 5% per year required
