XZERES is a fast-growing public company determined to aggressively grow around the globe. Our business requires a talented and driven Marketing Communications Specialist with a passion for clean energy.
The Marketing Communications Specialist assists sales and marketing management with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent XZERES products and services to authorized resellers, prospects and customers. The authorized reseller (dealer) audience is the primary focus for regular, polished and effective communication from XZERES to its dealer base. Clear and persuasive communication skills are critical to success.
The Marketing Communications Specialist receives work assignments from both Sales and Marketing management based on current needs, and specialist’s particular strengths in public relations, advertising or communications.
Essential Functions:
• Review literature and marketing materials and gather materials of competitive companies.
• Compose polished and persuasive sales and marketing messages
• Publish regular newsletters to audience of authorized dealers
• Publish periodic updates to the Dealer portal
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to discuss communication needs and participate as a member of the sales and marketing team.
• Promotes XZERES, compel a preference for XZERES, and drive market share gains
• Assist and support sales meetings, demonstrations, and trade events
• Flexibility to assist with a wide-range of projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, advertising, or communications
• Solid writing and editing skills
• Prior successful experience conducting research and personal networking
• Successful experience using a customer relationship management system
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
• Ability to work flexible hours to work with customers in different time zones required.
• Ability to use a keyboard accurately with reasonable speed.
