Description
Responsibilities include the following:
  • Manage a new series on the Deloitte Dbriefs webcast platform to educate financial and sustainability executives on issues related to sustainability and corporate responsibility. Responsibilities here include coordinating with the Sustainability and Dbriefs teams to create show schedules and identify new show topics, booking Deloitte subject matter experts for shows, sharing show and schedule information across internal channels, advertising the shows via email and other campaigns, analyzing post-show reports to evaluate results, and working with Sustainability professionals to develop and carry out follow-up activity.
  • Plan and manage promotions and logistics for regional sustainability events and training workshops.
  • Coordinate the review process for articles, white papers, and other marketing communications.
  • Develop and distribute Sustainability promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Track all Sustainability-related marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate intranet and internet activities, including content management oversight, postings and site audits of all Sustainability content.
  • Update marketing reports and databases such as those for events, external communications and ROI reports.
  • Work with related teams to determine best approaches for Sustainability content distribution.
  • Process invoices for Sustainability marketing initiatives and work with the Sustainability marketing team to manage the budget.
  • Produce and distribute internal and external communications, many using html template via select distribution lists
  • Work with team in US and India on creating and maintaining Sustainability calendars and spreadsheets.
  • Actively contribute to Sustainability strategy discussions.

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience in marketing: graduate degree a plus
  • Experience working as a team in a professional services or large matrixed company
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and professional client service manner
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound observations and recommendations
  • Knowledge of internet navigation and research
  • Desire to build awareness of the Sustainability marketplace and overall deal environment
  • Interest in working with a multi-functional and cross-industry team
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills
