Location: Bedfordshire
To develop RSPB policy on marine conservation, focussing on the emerging marine planning system in English waters and implementation of the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive. To influence key decision makers and respond to public consultations, promoting better protection of marine wildlife and management of our seas. You will be involved in our campaign for marine protected areas at a crucial time. You will have experience of developing and advocating policy to external audiences. You will be articulate and able to analyse large volumes of information quickly and respond in writing. You will be highly motivated, with knowledge of conservation policy and/or legislation.
