This program supports activities related to the research and conservation of marine mammal species (whales, dolphins, porpoises, sea-lions, and marine otters). Participants are trained to participate in the rescue, rehabilitation, and biological follow up of sea-lions, dolphins, whales and marine otters following specialized protocols.
The program costs £95 per week which includes accommodation (Wi-Fi, hot water, kitchen), airport pick-up/drop-off, marine mammal identification field guide, certificate of achievement and much more. This fee is exclusive to participants who apply through Volunteer Latin America and other volunteers will pay significantly more.
