Description

The Legal Fellow is responsible for researching, interviewing community members, collecting necessary information, and organizing and preparing administrative records for the Chapter 91 rule-making process. The Legal Fellow is responsible for finalizing the administrative record for at least one community in Maui Nui by September 30, 2015, and for completing a template for other communities and assisting them in developing their own administrative record.
