Our oceans need you. Make a difference as you help to protect some of the last relatively unspoilt tropical waters remaining in the world. As the Australian Marine Conservation Society’s Marine Campaigner your job is to be a catalyst for change – building support for the protection of the Top End’s marine environment.

Job Title: Marine Campaigner (Northern Territory).
Location: Darwin.
Salary: Dependent on skills and experience.
Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week), some weekend and out of hours work required.
Contract Period: This is an 8 month contract starting in January 2016, with potential to extend subject to funding and need.

Purpose of position: To support the delivery of the Top End Sea Life campaign to build community interest in and engagement with the protection of the Northern Territory’s marine environment including innovative marine protected areas.
