Description

BirdLife Pacific is seeking to recruit an intern for an initial short term period, to oversee the delivery of its marine birds conservation work. The Marine Birds Conservation Officer will focus specifically on the Fiji Petrel conservation program in partnership with NatureFiji-MareqetiViti (BirdLife Partner in Fiji), and when required, will monitor seabird (and other biodiversity) recovery on restored islands. Other responsibilities include supporting development of Marine IBAs in the region, site surveys, communications & fundraising support for the marine birds program.
