This position is responsible for oversight of Brightworks’ California region, in terms of new client acquisition and existing client management that results in top and bottom line business growth for Brightworks in California, encompassing multiple lines of business. The successful candidate will be a person who has a demonstrated track record for developing business from both new and existing clients across a broad geographic region. The Managing Director, California will be required to drive new business, oversee and mentor sales and project management staff locally and from a distance, participate in sales calls, and establish pricing and rates.
