Our Management Assistant has the responsibility for: In and out-box management Translation of small documents (German – Romanian – English) Administration and filing of documents and correspondence Management and supervision of time-scheduling including Planning and administration of vacancies Responsibility for service and organisation of accommodation of customers and partners during visits in Constanta Travel management, centralised administration of Human Resources issues Administration of all insurances for the company, including the management of all car-pool issues and claims settlements Controlling and auditing issues Contact for external accountant in Bucharest, execution, coordination and supervision of all administrative procedures in the company, and other reasonable tasks.
