Manager, Partner Integrations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand specific opportunities and partner needs for integration
• Articulate business opportunities and translate requests into product integration requirements with concise and clear definitions for the technical teams to implement
• Develop the Recyclebank partner integration strategy and partner integration framework
• Understand, manage and communicate the opportunity value, timing and resource implications
• Prioritize requirements and scope for multiple integrations by balancing business needs versus resource and technical constraints
• Manage technical relationships with counterparts at partner companies

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of technical product management or project management experience
• Hands-on experience in customer-facing software solutions
• Understanding of APIs, web services, workflow, data transfer and web based software standards
• Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
• Experience with data networking terminology, concepts and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
• MS/BS in CS, Engineering or related field
