Manager of Conservation Services – Accounting and Business PlanningDucks Unlimited, Inc. – Great Plains Regional OfficeBismarck, ND Ducks Unlimited has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate for Manager of Conservation Services based in our Great Plains Regional Office in Bismarck, North Dakota. This position is a direct report to the region’s Director and has primary assembly, tracking, and analysis responsibilities for the seven-state region’s $19 million operational budget and utilization of a $30 million revolving capital fund. The Manager of Conservation Services supervises the region’s accounting and contract compliance staff. Key duties include the oversight of contracts compliance and accounting functions and financial reporting along with budgeting, cash flow and forecasting. This position will work with other leaders in the organization to develop and implement financial priorities and strategies, establish and monitor internal controls, and conduct business efficiency analyses.
This position will work closely with members of regional and corporate management teams to develop long-term organizational financial plans. Additionally, this position is a key resource for developing business plans for a variety of capital ventures including land acquisition programs, eco-asset trading, and venture capital opportunities.
Key Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
This position reports to the Director of the Great Plains Region and is required to work out of the Great Plains Regional Office in Bismarck, ND.
