We are seeking candidates with proven knowledge and experience in wetlands mitigation and the mitigation process, and experience with the New Rule implementation and Army Corps of Engineer procedures. The successful candidate should have demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills enabling them to head a team in expanding mitigation as a new business stream within the region. The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of budgetary processes, experience with contract negotiation, and the ability to work with a wide variety of clients as well as staff.
