USGBC is currently seeking an engaging and experienced professional to manage two key programs of the LEED for Neighborhood Development program. LEED for Neighborhood Development rating system places greater emphasis on increasing sustainable land use and neighborhood planning practices, as well as expanding green building to the neighborhood scale.
The Manager, Neighborhood Development will be an integral member of the LEED Department that provides management and programmatic support for various LEED-ND and related initiatives, namely the Affordable Green Neighborhoods Grant Program and the program’s local government outreach. The Manager may also collaborate with USGBC staff and other stakeholders to develop and refine programmatic services related to LEED-ND, including educational offerings and developing conference submissions.
