Department The Fundraising department is responsible for the coordination of the international institutional fundraising activities, acquiring organisational funding and obtaining sponsoring in kind. There are three Project Leaders Fundraising reporting to the Manager Institutional Fundraising. Function The Manager Fundraising leads, directs and manages the Fundraising department, ensures that the total budgeted revenues are acquired, and is a member of the organisation’s management team. The Manager Fundraising is responsible for the annual fundraising targets and the general policy of the department in cooperation with the Director. He/she is responsible for the general strategy of the department and the actual implementation, coordination and realisation of the fundraising strategy. As a member of Fairfood’s management team, the Manager Fundraising is also responsible for contributing to Fairfood’s long-range policy and strategies. Your competences You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years fundraising experience, also within an NGO setting. You are a fundraising specialist, but additionally have proven managerial and leadership experience. You are an excellent and efficient networker and have a wide range of contacts among relevant (international) organisations. You are result-oriented and able to set priorities and organise. You also possess excellent verbal and written skills in English. You will also have an affinity for Fairfood’s goals. What we offer?
