Manager for climbing-yoga-ski Eco Lodge in the Alps

Eco, alternative, yoga, ski and climbing Lodge in The Alps is looking for an efficient, highly self motivated, passionate and experienced Manager who is looking for a change of lifestyle! You will be responsible for:

>day-to-day management of the Lodge and a small team

>commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all services

>sales, bookings and guest liason >oversee smooth running of food and beverage operations and housekeeping

>promoting and marketing the business - newsletters, web site updates

>designing and managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure

>recruiting, training and monitoring staff >co-hosting holiday weeks

>ensuring holidays and courses run smoothly

You need to be:

>be fluent in English and French

>have a current driving licence

>have a strong interest in personal growth and the environment

>have a healthy lifestyle >enjoy simplicity and not mind rustic living quarters

>enjoy communal living >be able to commit for up to 3 years >be able to start in June

>love people and life!
