The “Manager, Electric Regulatory Compliance” will implement and maintain First Wind’s program for compliance with the NERC reliability standards and regional standards and criteria. He/She will be responsible for evaluating and making recommendations regarding implementing applicable standards, preparing for compliance audits, creating and/or amending internal procedures and processes when requested or needed with input from internal subject matter experts, completing “spot” audits to ensure First Wind remains in compliance and evaluating potential areas of non-compliance. The position will also assist in the development of training programs and coordinate responses to data requests and surveys by NERC and regional entities.
