Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine and lead global priorities:

This includes active participation in the Beef, Poultry, Toy and Potato Boards.
  • Lead the global, internal Sustainable Supply Steering Committee, leveraging its collective expertise in order to accomplish its direction to "develop the strategies and tools necessary to accomplish McDonald's vision of a sustainable sourcing." This includes setting strategy, leading meetings, providing technical expertise, coordinating various markets, and executing priorities.
  • Lead the global, internal Global Environmental Council in order to assess global priorities and to use as forum to share best practices and continuous improvement.
