Purpose:
Provide subject matter expertise on environmental sustainability contributing to company strategic direction, priorities, communications, market communications, education/training and implementation. Work cross organizationally to coordinate, align and implement environmental sustainability initiatives comprehending full value chain. Interface with key external stakeholders/partners on Xerox environmental sustainability initiatives to support strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and expertise to Xerox value chain organizations in defining and leveraging market opportunities, designing measurement/monitoring tools, assessing technology and aiding in decision making.
Provide content to and ensure alignment and credibility on market communications.
Develop and deliver audience appropriate customer and employee training on sustainability including “train the trainer”.
Support sales and marketing in leveraging revenue opportunities.
Assist with prioritizing and supporting advocacy positions.
Interface with key external stakeholders/partners on Xerox environmental sustainability initiatives to support strategic direction.
