We, at Bombardier Aerospace, are proud to build and support world-class aircraft such as regional airliners, business jets and amphibious aircraft that are in service around the globe.

We are team players who put people first in our efforts to succeed as an organization and to grow as individuals.

If, like us, you are passionate about winning and have a drive for results, Bombardier is the place for you.

Reporting to the Vice President, Public Affairs, Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility, you will be responsible for directing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program* across Bombardier Aerospace (BA). In this role, you will promote the adoption of BA's CSR philosophy throughout the corporation, and ensure the organization leverages and incorporates it in its business strategy and day-to-day behaviours.

You will lead BA's CSR orientation by researching and anticipating trends, and you will develop a CSR strategic plan to create a positive impact on employee engagement and the company's reputation. You will be responsible for the governance of BA's CSR program, including the BA CSR Review Board, and will oversee the implementation of many CSR projects throughout the organization. You will also be the focal point for all CSR communications generated by BA, including the annual publication of the CSR report and the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes questionnaire.

Accountable for the overall environmental strategy of Bombardier Aerospace, you will be responsible for geopolitical analyses and for the development of the company's environmental policy positions. Additionally, your expertise in these areas will contribute to the policy positions of the entire industry through close collaboration with industry associations such as the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) and the Aerospace Industries Association of America (AIA), as well as with such international agencies as the International Civil Aviation Organization's Committee (ICAO). Upon occasion, your responsibilities will also include acting as the company representative and/or designated speaker at many international forums, such as task forces led by the World Economic Forum (WEF). Internally, you will collaborate with all employees involved in environmental affairs throughout Bombardier (e.g. engineering, supply chain, operations, etc.) to ensure the alignment and coordination of the company's CSR philosophy and projects. You will also establish close relations with the company's senior executives and leverage Bombardier's CSR accomplishments.

As the person responsible for the overall coordination of Bombardier Aerospace's community involvement, you will ensure alignment of the team of 30 people who approve donations and sponsorships across the company. Your role is to increase the percentage of sponsorships and donations made in our three focus areas (3E): environment, entrepreneurship and education. In parallel, you will spearhead the development of a structured employee-volunteering program at Bombardier Aerospace.

Finally, you will work closely with the Public Affairs and CSR teams of Bombardier Inc. and Bombardier Transportation on projects with a global reach within the enterprise. As such, you support the development of a company-wide stakeholder engagement framework that will structure Bombardier's approach when establishing a dialog with such entities as international non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

At Bombardier Aerospace, the CSR focus areas consist of: governing effectively, valuing our employees, building responsible products, operating sustainably, engaging our suppliers, and acting as a responsible corporate citizen.
