Description

BC3 is seeking a Management Assistant to fill temporary the position during a maternity and/or sick leave.  

Functions of the Management Assistant:

  • BC3’s reception (telephone, fax,…).
  • Assess Operation Manager and Scientific Director.
  • Finances/administration support: accountability and invoice/receipts management through BC3’s Financial System.
  • HR process support: registration of new/termination of contracts, office material/space management, email/intranet administration of new/terminated contracts, guest researchers administration…
  • Office /Space management.
  • Support to the organization workshops, seminars and meetings.
  • Office material management: IT, furniture, office material,...
  • Web page update.
  • Assess Researchers in daily life at the Basque Country.

Experience/skills required:

  • Technical education on Finances and Administration or Management Assistant (Formación Profesional Grado Superior Administración y Finanzas / Asistente de Dirección).
  • Experience in accountability and general administration of at least 3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English/Spanish/Basque (obligatory).
