Requirements of (Malaysia) General Manager S.E.A | Water/WasteWater

• Possess a BSEng or equivalent Diploma
• Min. 10-15 years of relevant water/wastewater Sales experience with proven experience in managerial position in marketing and selling to end user industries.
• Travelling required acros South East Asia

Responsibilities of (Malaysia) General Manager S.E.A | Water/WasteWater

• Achieving annual P&L and Sales Targets agreed by the company
• Ensuring that deadlines are met with successful completion, working internally and externally with the different cross functioning teams (finance, procurement, logistics, etc) and resources to maintain schedule.
• Ensure policies and procedures are carried out well on a day to day basis
• Area of coverage: Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam
• Able to work with autonomy, work well with higher management as well as manage mentor the employees under you
