Major donor fundraiser - fixed term contract until 11 October 2012
Salary: £34,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a non contractual bonus of up to £5,000 payable in relation to performance generated income, plus benefits. 

Based: Birmingham

The RSPCA is seeking an experienced and successful major donor fundraiser to build on the RSPCA’s strong reputation in Birmingham and to establish and run a major donor programme as part of the new RSPCA Birmingham Capital Appeal for the Animal Centre and Hospital.

Responsibilities to include:
working with the Capital Appeal Manager and the RSPCA’s established fundraising team to develop and build relationships with high net worth individuals.
securing significant financial support for this exciting appeal.

You will have:
solid relationship marketing experience, preferably high net worth individuals
a proven track record of achieving income against agreed financial targets 
basic knowledge of UK tax law relating to major giving
