Local Integration Lead (YES) – Restart Contract

Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity. We deliver over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimisation, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprises in improving their environment.

The Local Integration Lead (LIL) is responsible for engaging local services to support participants in addressing barriers to employment and identify appropriate job opportunities. The LIL will co-ordinate marketing & comms to present Good News Stories to our funders as well as promote our services to JCP to attract new referrals and work with our internal Comms team.

You will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and be client focused. In addition, you will need to possess partnership-building skills, conflict resolution abilities, be target driven with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a busy team and have excellent organisational and administration skills to cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.

A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
