Closing Date: 29 July 2013 Location: Edinburgh Salary: around £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fixed term position until 31 March 2014. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Home Energy Scotland team; working on the Scottish Government funded Home Energy Scotland advice service. You will act as a key EST Scotland contact for customer feedback and complaints as well as general enquiries from stakeholders regarding Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland. Working with our five advice centres you will handle, monitor and report on customer feedback, including enquiries and complaints. You will liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and third party providers, ensure accurate customer records are maintained and identify customer service improvements. Your exceptional customer service delivery gained from significant experience of working in front-line customer facing roles coupled with your effective communication skills will position you well for this role. Your ability to plan and prioritise work is essential in this busy environment, along with working well with others to deliver results to deadlines. Overall business administration skills will underpin the successful delivery of a number of activities. This is a fixed term position. Applications close 5pm, Monday 29 July 2013.
