Description

The Lancashire Environmental Fund (LEF) is a not for profit organisation set up to support community and environmental projects across Lancashire, such as improvements to community facilities, general environmental improvements, creation and management of habitats, improvements to parks, gardens, open spaces, play areas, recreational facilities, ponds, canals and rivers and natural biodiversity.

The LEF Fund Manager will be directly responsible for the management, development and administration of the Lancashire Environmental Fund, distributing Landfill Communities Fund grants to environmental and community projects across Lancashire.  The Manager will ensure the performance and growth of the overall fund team, continually exploring new opportunities to promote and develop the Fund.

The LEF Fund Manager will have excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise tasks, and will be able to work on their own initiative and lead the Fund team effectively.
