The learning manager will be in charge of training our field based fundraising staff & its team leaders. This is a team of 200+ employees spread across 10 cities in the country. You will develop training modules that cover induction, functional/technical skills, soft skills including team management. Your primary role will be to identify staff training needs, develop both in-house and third party training using a range of learning tools including delivering trainings to the staff.
 
What will you be doing? 

  • Work with fundraising managers to identify staff training needs and trends within the development & fundraising sector
  • Design training solutions both in-house and with expert third parties
  • Develop and implement the training calendar for the year through training coordinators in the various cities
  • Ensure campaign moments and messages are communicated to the field staff regularly
  • Develop appropriate training manuals
  • Deliver training sessions to the staff using a variety of approaches
  • Develop appropriate evaluation tools to evaluate staff and training
  • Recruit, manage and oversee the development of your team of trainers based in the different cities
  • Manage the training budget

 
What you need for this position? 

  • Experience of training & coordinating training for a large & young sales team, including conducting a training needs analysis and developing appropriate training solutions
  • Possessing a well-developed network of contacts with third party trainers or training organisations
  • Experience in managing a team of training coordinators
  • A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications

COMPENSATION: Starting pay Rs. 631, 548 per annum(cost to organization)
