Lead Site Manager - Onshore Construction Sites

Your primary task will be handling of the various aspects regarding the construction sites in our wind projects. You will proactively ensure that our construction sites are well functioning and at all times address the challenges within the installation works.

Furthermore, your key duties will be to:

• prepare and plan the construction site, including negotiation with authorities
• secure manning of the construction site, including resources and competences
• ensure that work performance complies with contracts, plans, time, costs and QHSE
• perform site management during construction
• assist the project manager with transferring wind farms to our company's Operations' division.

As Lead Site Manager you will be in charge of the construction site through its entire lifetime, and you will play an essential role regarding site matters within the aggregated project during that period.
