Description
The coordinator participates in various programs. This includes:
multi-year programs:
- The conservation program of the Gallicolombe érythroptère Gallicolumba erythoptera, lasting 3 months, ie: on the atoll of Rangiroa - mission field 3 to 4 weeks following individuals banded, banding and capture new people, develop the awareness to the people (adults, school and local elected officials), to eradicate the rats on the small motu size, doing feasibility studies for large and implement where appropriate, propose new lines of work, on the atolls and Tenararo Morane - mission field from 1 to 2 months to organize field missions to monitor these populations to acquire data on this species,

- Programs for monitoring species - two annual programs with field trips for 2 to 3 weeks each - for 2009:

control populations of Loris Vini kuhlii Kuhl and Rimatara of warbler Acrocephalus rimatarae on the island of Rimatara: to assess the populations of both species, control the species of rats present on the island, protect the embankments against the arrival of Black Rats Rattus rattus.

Lori Ultramarin Vini ultramarina, monitoring the implementation of rodent stations on the banks of Ua Huka to protect the island against the arrival of black rats Rattus rattus.
