Land Management - Team Leader (East of England)

Starting salary £30,275 - Fixed-term appointment till end of March 2013 with
possible short extension - Location: Norwich or Cambridge office Ref: IRC61686

contributing to sustainable development.

You will lead a team of people in one or more locations, deploying budgets and resources to ensure targets are met. You will manage, motivate and develop the capability of the team and individuals to deliver the work, contributing to the design of specified corporate and team targets, ensuring their delivery and be responsible for regular, accurate reports (e.g. via CPMS) and evaluation for those targets.

You will also deal with complex and contentious issues relating to people, delivery of project or service outcomes, manage projects/work areas, engaging and liaising with customers and partners and be expected to play a lead role in internal and some external networks/communities.
