My Client is one of the leading solar manufacturing solution providers across the globe. Specializing initially in ingot, wafer, cell and module production, the group have now successfully developed into the solar systems integration market with our leading tracking systems. They are looking to recruit  a senior Key Account manager to join their team in France.


Position Overview:
Reporting to the Deputy Sales Director, the Key Account Manager will work as a main contact for an assigned Key Clients to drive the deployment, adoption, and retention of their business. The Key Account Manager will work closely with the accounts to thoroughly understand each customer’s utilization of the purchased service, business infrastructure and business model to ensure account growth, retention and an ongoing relationship with my client

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         New customer development, contract signing and achieve sales target set by HQ
  • ·         Develop customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • ·         Ongoing management and retention
  • ·         Communicate with different functioning departments in HQ to coordinate relationships between customers and company
  • ·         Weekly report on current performance and forward forecast, analyze current situations and develop solution to break through
  • ·         Local market information collection, and periodically report to higher managers

Education:-

  • ·         Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Core Requirements:-

  • ·         Strong sales experience: ideally has worked in a sales role for 2+ years in a PV industrial organization with progressive experiences
  • ·         Solid working knowledge of sales, business development, and account management
  • ·         Excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate with customers at all levels
  • ·         Strong customer relationship skills, ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues

General Requirements:-

  • Ability to travel frequently
  • ·         Proficient with making impactful presentations
  • ·         Good oral and written communications skills  
  • ·         Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
  • ·         Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies

Key Skills:-

Solar PV, negotiations experience, business development and sales in solar PV project business, team leadership, key account sales management, fluency in France (any other European language is an advantage).
