Description

My client is the fastest growing solar PV module producer globally. They specialize in mono and polycrystalline silicon modules and supply to modules to residential, commercial and utility-scale solar customers. They have a strong market presence in Europe, the USA and the Asia-Pacific regions. The French solar PV markets is one of the fastest growing markets so the they are looking to recruit  a key account manager to manage and develop all their key accounts across France and the surrounding French speaking regions.  The key account manager is responsible and accountable for managing key customer relationships, developing customer potential and maximizing revenue and margin opportunities.

My client is
looking to recruit a key account manager to manage and develop all their key accounts across France and the surrounding French speaking regions to maximize revenue generating opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Management and development of the existing Key Account relationships
  • ·         Identify new routes to market, acquire business partners and develop innovative offers
  • ·         Analyze potential market, define and implement Business development strategies
  • ·         Lead business development activities
  • ·         Develop new portfolios to enlarge the variety of products
  • ·         Manage all business development functions of the company's facilities (especially field sales and customer support functions of the business)
  • ·         Cooperate with ,arketing to build the brand image.

 

Education:-

  • ·         Must have strong educational background (bachelors degree)

 

Core Requirements:-

  • You will have at least 2-5 years sales & business developemnt experience in the solar industry
  • ·         Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the French solar industry
  • ·         Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
  • ·         Proven track record in solar business development and growth
  • ·         Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • ·         Ability to manage multiple projects

 

General Requirements:-

  • Ability to travel frequently to client sites
  • ·         Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to the clients
  • ·         Proficient with making impactful presentations
  • ·         Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies

 

Key Skills:-

Solar PV, negotiations experience, business development and sales in PV, team leadership, key account sales management, fluency in France and a good level of spoken english and/or any other European language.
