My client is an impressive track record in the solar PV developingn just a few years from a trading company to one of the leading global a solar PV. They are a fully-integrated solar PV across the value chain process from raw materials to the wafers, cells, modules right up to ready, world class quality solar power plants.

Core Criteria:
My client seek a key Account Manager with three to five years experience managing large accounts. The key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key relationships of their large-scale solar PV project customers, whilst developing customer potential, maximizing revenue and margin opportunities.

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Distribution of photovoltaic solar power plants and accessories
  • ·         Customer service for existent customers and acquisition of new customers
  • ·         Conduct of sale negotiations in predetermined desired value and tender preparations
  • ·         Conduct trainings and sales events
  • ·         Participation in fairs
  • ·         Responsible for relationship management
  • ·         Lead business development activities in large-scale power plant sales
  • ·         Build the brand image.

Education:-

  • ·         Must have strong educational background (bachelors degree)

Core Requirements:-

  • You will have at least 2-5 years sales experience in the solar industry
  • ·         Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the European solar industry
  • ·         Proven track record in business development
  • ·         Large-scale renewable energy porje3wct experience preferred. 
  • ·         Excellent sales talent and a certain exposure to technical orientated project developers and also to institutional investors with whom you already worked together successfully in your previous career. 

General Requirements:-

  • Ability to travel frequently to client sites
  • ·         Proficient with making impactful presentations
  • ·         Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • ·         Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results

Key Skills:-

Solar PV, negotiations experience, business development and sales in PV, team leadership, key account sales management, fluency in Italian (any other European language is an advantage).
