The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible and accountable for managing key customer relationships, developing customer potential and maximizing revenue and margin opportunities. This includes the complete business and operational relationship with focus on the delivery design process: Demand creation, demand supply planning, project management, and demand fulfillment and care phases. The KAM will create and execute the account's specific strategy. They will be responsible for efficiency of operations, the market position as well as the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

You can demonstrate your sound business judgement in making decisions and understanding strategy. Your past experience reflects that you can work both in a team and independently and enjoy taking initiative and ownership for your area of responsibility. You will enjoy working with people of all levels internally as well as with external customers exhibiting integrity and fair behaviour to all you deal with.
