Junior Project Developer

vento ludens is an Investor/Developer of onshore wind farms. Initiated in 2000 and based in Germany the company already operates several wind farms. Vento Ludens aims to build and own mainly small and medium sized wind farms throughout Scotland and Northern England. With a number of projects now in advanced stages we are looking for a Junior Project Developer to join the Scottish team.

Reporting to the Project Director of Vento Ludens Ltd., the successful candidate should be flexible, motivated, able to work independently and genuinely committed to renewable energy.

Essential skills:
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Good organisational skills
– Proven ability to write reports
– High standard of computer literacy, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
– Full UK driving license

Desirable skills:
– Geographical Information System (GIS) experience
– Budget management experience
– Knowledge of environmental issues
– Knowledge of wind farm development and the planning process
– Familiarity with the Scottish system
